Unable to unlock new purchased pro-atc/x

I have purchased the product and  I am unable to unlock the product as well. "No registration found!" window pops up.
Data are correct and also via email there is no way to activate.
May i ask you an help ?

Looking at the register date 01.May.2020 :: at 20:48:48

It takes some time. The manager is not all the day online so please wait.

Remember the data are case sensitive : Look at the paypal data and copy

Hello, I'm Carlos Perez Tom, the issue is that I recently installed the Pro Atc x application and followed all the installation steps and when executing or opening the application it asks for a key and I do not know what it is, could someone help me please, I am new to this platform.

I'm not at my PC until tomorrow.  So I don't know if the product has been activated.  Do they give any information from Pointsoftware?  No one has contacted me yet.  Thank you.

You should be getting an answer from the email you sent to, but the manager is not online all the time. Unfortunately sometimes it takes a little while.

Are you sure your details are correct?
