If you have V1.9.2.4 and cannot use your 'key' to unlock the software then:

1. Close ProATC/X
2. Run Registration-Reset'...it's in the main ProATC/X folder
3. Start ProATC/X
4. Enter your details correctly...very important

Let us know if you still cannot 'unlock' ProATC/X

I purchased the atcprox product last week but didn't get an email for download our codes . I checked all email folders. It was purchased thru PayPal account. I got the thanks for your purchase screen but no email. I also repurchased the product, again for thank you for your purchase screen but no email. I've emailed several times and filed out message form on the support page but have not gotten a reply. Although I purchased it thru PayPal,I'm not sure PayPal will reimburse me for not receiving the product. I would like to hear from someone please.  Thank you.

I just purchased PRO-ATC / X myself unfortunately I do get the no registration found as well.


The reset registration is not there in my PRO-ATC / X folder maybe due to because this is my first time trying to activate it has nothing to uninstall.

I purchased PRO-ATC/X yesterday. If you read above I mentioned that I couldn't activate the product due to 'No Registration Found' then I saw something about being verified. I got told to wait 10 hours. Woke up I was verified thought the activation issue might of been sorted. It hasn't been sorted. I'm still getting the same error but I've been verified. I'm pretty sure I'm putting my details correctly and the key but as I said still no success.


If somebody could help with this issue I am having and get it sorted that would be much appreciated.

Hello Michael,

look for the ..\PRO-ATC-X\Registration-Reset.exe.
If it's in the ProAtcX installation folder use it please.

The vast majority of errors occur in incorrect details been entered.

Make sure there are no spaces before or after any data when copy/pasting especially with the key.

Hi, i have problems updating and using PRO-ATC/X 1.9.2.2

Update fails and say something about i need to bee a verified user.

When making new flightplan and i choose airport it cant find c:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flightsimulator X\G5-csv

What is wrong here?

Need help to fix so i can play.

The vast majority of product registration issues arise from the user entering incorrect details.

When using copy/paste for the key ensure that no space exists before or after the key having pasted the entry, failure to do so will lead to the registration been rejected.

The registration user details are those of the Paypal account holder used at the TIME of purchase. If the product was bought for you then it will not be your name.

If your details are not accepted then check the details of the Paypal account for name and email address used.

Should this still fail contact the developer info[at]pointsoftware.de with your purchase details and explaining the problem.

Hey there! First post/reply here so please cut me some slack with regards to formatting ETC but I've been having the Same issue here, it's been bugging me as I've tried over and over again after reinstalling. Right, that was for verified users.. Sorry about that.
Make sure you use the same registration user details when you register the product, as at the time you purchased it.
If you copy/paste make sure there are no empty spaces before or after the key.

Most of the time user did not use the Information they have used when purchasing at paypal.

Look at your order : Use exactly the same characters , case sensitive, no spaces in front and at the end (Copy - Paste error) !!

I used many option in registration ,also same used in PayPal. Still have a same situation.

If you are absolutely sure of that, you just have to wait for a reply.
Usually it doesn't take too long. Not much else we can do..

IN PayPal I have register date Paweł Bąkowski waht I used couple of times, same email as usually and KEY delivered from you  by email. I used also other options. However i used email option to register. I can read that I need 24 hours to wait in mail registration, so I'm going to wait. Otherwise I will conctact you again tomorrow.

What do you mean?

You have to wait for your account to be verified. The yellow box under your username will turn green.
Then you have full access to support and the download board.

I did that already, no one responded.  I also PM'd him as well.  Nothing.

So I guess support for this addon is not really there anymore.  I still haven't heard back from that Alpha guy so I can use this application.  :(

I'm having the same issue as stated before.

I've followed all the instructions aforementioned and it still isn't working.

So I guess it's kind of a good thing I went ahead and just bought Pro-ATC/X again because I still wouldn't be able to use it if I had to wait on the developer.   And honestly I wish the money I paid didn't go to him but went to the mods/admins that helped me on this forum.  Thank you for trying guys.

The other offline ATC addons just aren't as good as this one so it's why I just paid for it again.

It takes some time. The manager is not all the day online so please wait.

Remember the data are case sensitive : Look at the paypal data and copy

You should be getting an answer from the email you sent to, but the manager is not online all the time. Unfortunately sometimes it takes a little while.

I've got a same problem now.

The "No registration found!" issue.
I've sent the mail of "Unlock via EMail" but it was sent from the different address due to the account settings.
Is it OK? And how long does it take to be unlocked?

I renamed my PC and now I can't use Pro ATC anymore.
I get the "You are trying to unlock PRO-ATC/X on a different system ... " message.
Ive used the activate by email option. Hopefully I can use ATC again soon.
