The vast majority of product registration issues arise from the user entering incorrect details.

When using copy/paste for the key ensure that no space exists before or after the key having pasted the entry, failure to do so will lead to the registration been rejected.

The registration user details are those of the Paypal account holder used at the TIME of purchase. If the product was bought for you then it will not be your name.

If your details are not accepted then check the details of the Paypal account for name and email address used.

Should this still fail contact the developer info[at]pointsoftware.de with your purchase details and explaining the problem.
