Extra Voice Sets for Download by MaVe

Big senior moment going on here ,I have the downloaded zip file on desk top ,I right click on it and extract to proatcx folder using win zip,

all that does is put the uk folder under the sound folder,i am lost after that as new voices dont apear

Would be realy greaful if some one cuold release me from this puzzle ive created.

Hi Richard,
                  I know about those senior moments too!

Step by step: 1.  Get the individual zip files e.g.  AU-John.zip and
                       2. Individually unzip using extract files
                       3. Point to your main Pro ATC-X folder.
 
(It will unzip to the sound folder and will create a AU folder and two subfolders (pilot and controller) with Johns wav files.)

           Correction (senior moment here too) when upzipped it creates subfolders in the pilot and controller folders containing AU and in Au has the John folder which has the wav files. Pheww!

             Just a thought... do you have the latest voice sets.  You'll know if there is a new UK folder entitled Danny2.

Have I missed something with the voice packs .....I downloaded the complete set prior to the latest release and they were great and added to the realism, however after installing the latest ProatcX update these voice files were excluded and I tried unsuccessfully to get them to install and recognize the current voice sound format.

Have they been updated to work in the latest release or are the majority of these posts directed at the superseded version?

Your question is answered two or three posts above. The voice sets have been updated to be compatible with the 1.8.5.0 version.

I think you have to redownload them: a few things have changed in the latest version.
