Ai trafic and hold

Hello everyone,

I have been using ProATC SR with MSFS and AIG since its release and it is a very good program.
However, I have sound issues. I hear very little ATC giving information to the traffic around me, and sometimes I meet traffic very close, as if they were not supported by ProAtc. Is there a problem with my installation? Are any features missing? No AIG support?

Another question, ATC never makes me hold, is there a reason for that? To what extent is he asking?
