Too early TOD

Hi just finish me flight from EHAM to OTHH with PMDG B773. When i reach SC i request  ATC to FL 370 from FL 350. Somewhere above Austria ATC get me TOD to FL240. Its not first time to get TOD too early from destination. Where is problem?  Flight plan was create while PFPX.
