error mssage csv

I have a recurring problem. This is a recent one, as a month ago ProAtcX was running fine wuth my FSX SE.  When I hit Fly Now, an error message appears, related to a csv. I have attached below a screenshot.
BTW, I had P3D installed for a while and unistalled in the last month, and wondering whether this affected ProAtcX somehow.You cannot view this attachment.You cannot view this attachment.
