PRO ATC SR popup window issue

Is there a way to change the way the pop up window notifies you of errors etc?. For instance, I accidentally went to the wrong airport and there was a pop up from PRO ATC SR that said "wrong airport." The problem is, it doesn't go away. I had to restart my entire flightsim in MSFS for it to go away. Task manager was not able to get rid of it either. Its like it wants you to correct the problem first before it moves the pop window, but the only way to do so is to restart the sim. Thats not a good option for me.

at the moment the only way to get out of this is to restart PRO-ATC/SR !!
