I've been using ATCPROx for a while. On the whole I like it except this.
One thing is not clear to me. When I get near, let's say 150 miles, from my destination, and center control hands me over to approach, I don't receive any descent instructions at all, unless I continually ask for a lower altitude.
There's a a 'initialize descent' command. Am I supposed to activate this by myself?

Hello Eytan,

A reason why you run with the old 2017 version?

outdatet -> no support
please install a new AIRAC

2) you have set : 2022.11.10-10:09:04 - RequestDescentManually=1 so you must request the descent manually !!
    Change the PROATCX settings if you don't like a manually descend.

1. "RequestDescentManually=1".
Ok, thanks, I wasn't aware of the command. I'll fly and see if that helps. I assume that now atc will tell me to descend in stages.
2. I installed the latest airac.
